The results of research on the informational efficiency of Polish stock exchange market conducted at the Cracow University of Economics is presented in this monograph. The authors have focused on: economic and legal conditions of the way the Warsaw Stock Exchange operate, weak, semi-strong and strong forms of the informational efficiency of the stock market and the rationality of decisions of stock market investors.
