INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

In the period of European integration and intensive internationalization of higher education institutions, comprehensive cooperation with foreign partners has played a crucial role in the operations and development of the Cracow University of Economics. It is a significant factor in improving the teaching process, in modernizing administration services and shaping effective university management methods. It is also an essential element in the development of scientific research.

The Cracow University of Economics (CUE)  presently has about 200 partners across the world. We cooperate with universities and various international organizations from Europe, the Americas and Asia. For years the University has developed traditional contacts with partners from EU universities, Southern and Eastern Europe and from the United States.

CUE also largely participates in international student exchange programs, develops  double degree programs with foreign universities, expands educational offer in English - all these activities enable to host at CUE every year ca. 500 international students and send similar number for study abroad programs. These number are constantly growing.

Besides education, scientific research is a fundamental activity at our University. We put a great emphasis on international dimension of our research. The Centre for International Scientific Cooperation has been set up to facilitate contact with potential partners for joined research project.
