The CF programme aims at disseminating thorough knowledge of basics of accounting and its international, managerial and financial aspects.In the field of finance, the programme includes such areas as corporate finance, corporate finance management, risk management, acquisition of EU funding and financial engineering. A number of complementary courses, such as law and other related themes, enhance the content and add a wider perspective
The graduates of the programme are equipped with knowledge essential in jobs in international companies and institutions of the financial markets related to corporate finance and accounting.
In previous years Corporate Finance Studies were only evening studies. From academic year 2010/11 there are two options to study the Corporate Finance: full- time (day-time) studies and part- time (evening) studies (from Monday to Thursday, classes starting from 15:40).
